Frameless glass railing with 100mm slim aluminium base shoe — the most elegant fall protection for balconies and terraces. Innovative dry-glaze wedge clamping — no silicone required, faster installation, easier glass replacement. VSG laminated safety glass in 6+6, 8+8 or 10+10mm per EN 12150. A4 stainless steel anchors (316 marine grade) at 300mm centres. Wind load certified to 1.5 kPa. Cladding in brushed SS, polished SS or any RAL colour. PROJECT VERIFICATION
The Alcodec FS 1500 is a frameless glass railing system using an aluminium base channel (U-profile) to create maximum transparency. The glass panels are secured in a concealed bottom channel with no visible posts, clamps, or fixings — only the glass and a minimal handrail are visible.

The base channel accommodates laminated safety glass (VSG) from 16.76 mm (8+8) to 21.52 mm (10+10) thickness, depending on wind load requirements. Glass panels slide into the channel and are secured with EPDM rubber gaskets and ABS safety wedges — no bolts or screw tightening required. Panel alignment is adjustable ±10 mm in all three axes from one side.
Mounting options: top mount (on finished floor surface), fascia mount (on slab edge for maximum floor space), and side mount (on wall face). Each configuration uses the same base channel profile with different anchor plates. Stainless steel chemical anchors rated for cracked concrete Zone C4 (coastal/industrial environments).
