The Luxa 700 is Alcodec's flagship bioclimatic pergola, engineered for maximum span and motorised operation. The extruded 6063-T6 aluminium louvre blades rotate from 0° to 135° via a silent 230V motor, allowing precise control of sunlight, airflow, and rain protection from a single remote control or smartphone app.
When closed, the interlocking blade geometry creates a weather-protected roof rated for 60 mm/h rainfall intensity. An integrated hidden gutter system channels water through the structural columns — no visible downpipes. The coordinated blade seal prevents dripping when reopening after rain.
Maximum single-module dimensions reach 7,400 mm, covering up to 16 m² per module. For larger areas, modules couple side-by-side or in L/U configurations with shared columns. Snow load capacity: 60 kg/m² standard, upgradeable to 80 kg/m² with reinforced profiles.
All surfaces receive QUALICOAT Class II powder coating — 200+ RAL colours, documented coating performance based on the selected powder-coating system. Marine-grade options available for coastal installations.
Integration options include LED strip lighting in blade profiles, infrared heating elements in the beam, Bluetooth speakers, and Fixscreen ZIP side blinds. Full compatibility with smart home gateway, KNX and building-automation systems, and home automation protocols. The integrated wind-locking ZIP screen supports side enclosure, with wind performance reviewed for the project.

PROJECT INPUTS
Treat the pergola as a project system: span, drainage, exposure, fixing and accessories must be read together before a quotation or technical statement.
No. Span, projection, post layout, wind, snow and fixing surface define the usable configuration.
Before quotation, because side closures affect comfort, wind exposure, access and electrical routing.
The system may use integrated drainage, but the final water route depends on roof slope, gutter and site discharge.
Avoid invented permit status, load capacity, warranty or exact dimensions without cited project data.
PRODUCT ANSWERS
Use these notes to check the product against project data before opening calculators, product finder or quote path.
For pergolas, verandas and glass systems, fit depends on opening size, drainage, wind and snow assumptions, control type, glass-enclosure need and the expected outdoor-season use.

APPLICATIONS

The Luxa 700 turns your terrace into a year-round living room. Rotate the louvres for morning sun, close them for afternoon shade, or seal completely when rain arrives. Integrated LED strips and optional infrared heaters extend use into evening hours and cooler months.
Popular configurations: freestanding pavilion near pool, wall-mounted extension over dining terrace, or coupled L-shape wrapping around house corner. Most residential projects use a single 16 m² module.

Keep outdoor seating revenue flowing in any weather. The fully motorised Luxa 700 lets staff adjust shade and shelter with one remote button between service. Rain sensors close the roof automatically if weather turns while the kitchen is busy.
Hotels and restaurants typically couple 2-4 modules for 30-60 m² coverage. ZIP side screens add wind protection without blocking views. Integrated Bluetooth speakers create ambient dining atmosphere.

Create premium outdoor spa zones, breakfast terraces, and poolside cabanas. The clean aluminium lines complement contemporary resort architecture. smart home gateway integration connects to the hotel's building management system for centralised control.
Resort projects often specify marine-grade coating for coastal salt resistance. Multiple modules create distinct zones: dining, lounge, and ceremony areas under one continuous roofline.
